Tina Ernst joins the Jesuit Parish Family after an extensive career as a public servant. Tina retired as a Hamilton County Magistrate where she presided over family law court cases for over 20 years. Her most recent service was at UC College of Medicine as part of the National Institute of Health Healing Communities Study. At UC, Tina collaborated with experts and teams to develop programs to prevent opioid-related overdose and deaths. Tina’s passion for serving others, collaborating with individuals and families, and developing and leading programming are what brought her to this position. Tina and her Husband Eric are parishioners at St. Xavier. They have been married 38 years and have two sons, a daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and a grandson due in March 2024. Tina currently serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.
